Each portrait is custom-made to order. After you approve your digital preview, production takes 2–3 business days. Your digital preview is delivered within 48 hours of placing your order.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days (domestic) or 25 business days (international), please contact us at support@catsketch.com. We will investigate and either reship or issue a full refund.
